β€’1 cup rice (uncooked)
β€’1/4 cup onion (finely diced)
β€’1/4 cup red bell pepper (finely diced)
β€’1 Tbsp olive oil
β€’1/4 tsp paprika
β€’1/4 tsp cumin
β€’1/8 tsp black pepper
β€’1/2 Tbsp garlic (minced)
β€’1 Tbsp concentrated tomato paste
β€’1 tsp chicken @betterthanbouillon paste
β€’1 Tbsp salted butter
β€’Garlic salt (to taste)

1. SautΓ© the onion and the bell pepper in the olive oil over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes, or until golden and slightly charred. Set aside to cool.
2. Measure the rice using the rice cooker measuring scoop. Then, rinse the rice in the rice cooker insert. Fill water up to measurement line within rice cooker, or in accordance with your rice cooker instructions.
3. Add all other ingredients, except the butter and garlic salt. Stir until fully incorporated. Then, set to quick cook. When timer goes off, stir in the butter and garlic salt according to taste… fluff and enjoy (Serves 2-3 people). Can be doubled, tripled etc. to accommodate a crowd.
