Searching for the fluffiest, high-volume oats recipe? Look no further! I’m going to show you all how to make my go to egg white/banana proats when I want a filling and delicious breakfast.
To make the base:
🥚1 egg white (3 Tbs)
😋1/2 cup oats
🤎I also always add chia seeds and cinnamon to base for extra flavor and fiber
💧Water or almond milk, in whatever amount you like for texture- I wing it
*Stir well, and put in microwave for 3 minutes. Stop after each minute and stir the bowl with a fork so the egg whites don’t get clumpy. Put back in and repeat!
🍌Another 1/2 banana to make one full one in total!
🍓Strawberries- layered w the banana!
🫐Very large blueberries
