BANANA POPS 🍌🍡🍫


These are a delicious healthier take on an ice lolly! They’re so easy to make & you probably already have the ingredients needed for them ☺️ I melted some peanut butter with my dark chocolate to make a peanut butter & chocolate flavoured banana pop 😍 topped with chopped nuts & hemp seeds for added nutrients make these pops a nutrient dense delicious snack or dessert! 😄

Ingredients to make 4 banana pops:
1. 2 large bananas
2. 4 lollipop sticks
3. 100g dark chocolate
4. 1 tbsp peanut butter
5. Handful of chopped nuts (I used almonds & hazelnuts)

Method:
1. First feel the bananas, chop them in half, stick the lollipop stick in them & place in the freezer for about 2-3 hours.
2. Once the bananas are frozen solid, melt the dark chocolate & peanut butter together and drizzle it over the frozen bananas.
3. Sprinkle some chopped nuts of choice over the chocolate covered bananas & place on a tray in the freezer. Enjoy ❤️🍌
