🥞BANANA & CINNAMON PANCAKES🥞


It’s April first 💛 This glorious morning calls for banana pancakes! These are a healthier take on the classic pancake recipe. 👌🏼 these are vegan & high fibre 😍🥞 feel free to add a scoop of protein powder too! This recipe serves 1 😊


Ingredients:
1. 50g oats (blended into oat flour)
2. 1 large banana
3. 250-300ml almond milk
4. 1 tsp baking powder
5. 0.5 tsp cinnamon
6. Pinch of salt


Method:
1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and beat together with a fork.
2. Add some oil spray to a hot pan, scoop out the batter and cook as normal. Wait a couple of minutes before flipping each side.
3. Serve with your favourite toppings! I added maple syrup, pomegranate seeds, banana and berries 😍 enjoy!
